Closing summary: the README's opening line now carries the trademarked tagline exactly, "An immutable, API-driven PKI operating system™.", after a sentence that keeps the high-assurance and Talos Linux framing. |

What and why
The CryptOS tagline is a trademark. I reworked the README intro so it carries the tagline exactly, "An immutable, API-driven PKI operating system™.", and kept the high-assurance and Talos Linux framing in the sentence before it.
Closes #404
