Directory thumbnails aren't updated when files are moved #65

The default photo is pretty but relevant thumbnails are nice too.
This is especially an annoyance since currently (pending #67), it requires cli access to refresh directory thumbnails.

One option for fixing this would be to call the update function every time files are moved, though that could become pretty expensive.
