Description
Preferably: dirs in descending order by creation date, files in ascending order by either creation (not upload) date or by filename (i.e. DCIM01.jpg, DCIM02.jpg).

If we do sort by upload I think there should be a tolerance within which sorting by filename occurs. Because we allow multiple upload workers at once we'll often see that uploads are processed out of order which then makes viewing confusing. So by batching together related files (uploaded within ~1hr by the same user) and sorting those alphabetically we avoid the confusion of out of order viewing.
