Implement S3 multipart upload for chunked uploads #137
Description
What
The current chunked upload flow (/upload/chunk and /upload/chunk/finalize) doesn't use real S3 multipart upload. Each chunk is appended to a local temp file and the fully assembled file is uploaded to S3.
Change
Moderate rewrite of chunked uploads.
