There is a nice extension + module solving similar problem. I think VisualCeption can take some ideas/implementation parts out of it. What do you think?

    The same grandmother only in other hat. What is elementary in one is scattered on pieces, it isn't rational.

    I made some cleanups and bugfixes on css-regression module. It works well on chromedriver.
