🐞 Editor Hangs When 'New File' Button is Used #2049

Description
The editor hangs with a stack overgrowth exception when the new file button is used. Specifically on an otherwise empty workspace, with a file that has no extension.
To Reproduce
- Create a new, empty directory
- Open it in CodeEdit as a workspace
- Click the + button in the project navigator
- Press Add File
- Editor Hangs
Expected Behavior
Doesn't hang.

Narrowed this down to some infinite recursion in CodeEditTextView due to trying to set a negative frame. I'll link the PR when it's ready and then we can make a CETV and CESE release. Should then be fixed with #2046.

Got that CI passing with the changes in CodeEditSourceEditor
0.13.1and CodeEditTextView0.11.0. Should be closed with the linked PR.
