🐞 Selecting multiple files and clicking "Open In Tab" doesn't work #1933

When you select multiple files in the Project Navigator, right-click, and then click Open In Tab, there is no effect.
To Reproduce
- Open a project
- Select multiple files in the Project Navigator
- Click Open In Tab
- Notice that nothing happens
Expected Behavior
The selected tabs should all open in the editor area.

The expected behavior is working for me, using a freshly built app. So I'm not sure how to reproduce...

@austincondiff @jfexyz when the 1st file is just referenced (present in the temp tab) and user selects more files so that they can be opened altogether using "Open in Tab" this issue comes for the very first time if we try again it opens all the files, an example video to explain the situation
