🐞 Inspector Sidebar Scales With Window When Window Is Resized #169

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a project
2. Resize window width'
3. Notice the inspector sidebar width scales with the window width

Expected behavior
The inspector sidebar width should remain the same as the window is resized. The inspector sidebar itself should be resizable by clicking and dragging the divider, just not on window resize.
