fetchHlBuilderStatsRawreturned null andHlBuilderDashboard(biggest day chart, milestones, coin shares, profitable users, etc.) rendered nothing on/hyperliquid/[slug].fetchHlBuilderStatsFresh(exported for worker use) and introduce a newfetchHlBuilderStatsRawthat reads an Upstash blob first (hl-builder:<slug>), falls back to a live Prom hit with writeback. Same protocol asfetchHlCohortRaw/fetchHlHip3CohortRaw/fetchHlHistoryRaw.hl-builder:<slug>job per row (~91). All jobs share the existingPromise.allSettledfan-out.Test plan
