rpc-cost: six drifted pricing pages re-read, dRPC's new Pro and Scale plans priced - #3165

… plans priced Major 3 of the 2026-10-22 audit: six polled artifacts had been in drift for one to five days. Each was re-fetched three times (no body churns on its own) and diffed against its history where one exists. No price change, new hash recorded: Chainstack weights (Trader Node deprecation notice, X Layer, Sui and Zcash rows), Helius credits, QuickNode weights (one getAssetTransfers row appended, 219 eth rows), Coinbase CDP plans and weights (URL now 307s to /data/node/pricing.md, moved there). dRPC changed on 2026-10-20 (drpc-nextra 629d0521): Pro $49 and Scale $199 spend 16 or 14 CU per Multi-Chain request and 13 per Solana request from one pool shared across chains, at 300 and 600 RPS, and Pay as You Go is now capped at 100 RPS for new accounts. Each new plan is entered once per chain with its pool converted into 20-CU request equivalents, exact for a single-chain workload. The plans source moves to plans.mdx, polled. Effect, from the harness on both catalogues: no leader changes; dRPC joins the two $49 ties (trace and Solana at 10M) and is $5,914 instead of $6,000 at a billion trace requests. Spec copy, the cost curve and two stale winner comments updated.
