Adds an optional referralUrl to the provider registry, used only as the href of the product page's outbound link (rel="sponsored"). url stays canonical everywhere else (API, citations, JSON-LD), as utm.ts already does for the utm tag.

Blockmachine's link becomes https://blockmachine.io/?referral=openchainbench&utm_source=openchainbench; the visible text stays blockmachine.io.

Checks: tsc --noEmit, bun test src/ (685 pass, one new test pinning both parameters).

A referralUrl field replaces only the href of the product page's outbound
link; url stays canonical in the API, citations and structured data, the
rule utm.ts already follows. The href still passes through withUtm, so it
reads https://blockmachine.io/?referral=openchainbench&utm_source=openchainbench,
and is marked rel=sponsored.
