public.stakewolle.com/cosmos/<chain>/rpc returns 404 to the probe's JSON-RPC status POST, 200 with a trailing slash:

POST …/cosmos/nolus/rpc 404
POST …/cosmos/nolus/rpc/ 200

So bandchain's Stakewolle row has read 0% while the endpoint answers, and the Nolus row added in #3044 published nothing (rpc_call_total{result="http_err"} in all three regions). Both URLs, harness and spec, get the slash.

Gates: go build/vet, pnpm validate.

public.stakewolle.com/cosmos/<chain>/rpc answers GET /status but returns
404 to the probe's JSON-RPC POST unless the path ends in a slash. That
is why bandchain's Stakewolle row read 0 percent while the endpoint
answers, and why the Nolus row added in #3044 published nothing. Both
URLs get the slash.
