Extraction detects change in namevalue that references secrets in keyvaukt eventhough no change was made #330

Expected behavior

No change was made in name values that reference secret in keyvaults hence no change should be picked up by by the extraction step.

Actual behavior

The extraction is reporting the following changes despite no change was made on the name value:

apiops CLI version

latest(1.0.5)
