Hi, I'm Muhammad Saad

AI & Full-Stack Engineer in Pakistan (UTC+5), working remotely. I build the whole product around the model: the AI pipeline, the backend and the app.

Recent work

  • Email-to-order automation: turns order emails into tracked orders for a German enterprise. In production since early 2026. (n8n, Next.js, Supabase)
  • Live Khutbah Displayer: shows the live Friday sermon in Arabic, Urdu and English on mosque screens, by matching speech to the known sermon text. (FastAPI, WebSockets, streaming ASR, embeddings)
  • EU AI Act guardrails: input and output validation for a compliance assistant: prompt injection checks, PII masking, audit logs. (Python, Guardrails AI)
  • AgentDesk (in progress): AI support agent for WooCommerce and Shopify stores. (LangGraph, RAG)

Client code is private. Public projects:

  • CNN_Encrypted: MS research, a CNN that detects malware in network traffic over fully homomorphic encryption.
  • Crucible: a GPT-style model from scratch in PyTorch, documented step by step.
  • SteerKit: a kit for building reliably with AI coding agents.
