extract_version: engine-jar regex also matches -tests/-sources classifier jars #8

ENGINE_JAR_PATTERN = re.compile(r"^arcadedb-engine-(.+)\.jar$") (scripts/extract_version.py:176) also matches arcadedb-engine-26.11.1-SNAPSHOT-tests.jar and -sources.jar, capturing 26.11.1-SNAPSHOT-tests as a version. If one of those jars ends up in the jars directory, the "multiple engine versions" error fires. That error is clear, but the jar set itself is valid.

Proposed fix: exclude classifier jars, for example with a negative lookahead for -(tests|sources|javadoc)\.jar$, and add a test.

Found in the final review of the move from ArcadeData/arcadedb (#1).
