⚠️ Error Message
🔄️ How to Reproduce
- have 2 variants. for this we'll refer to them as the "Default" variant and variant "B"
- set some NBT override for variant "B". e.g. overriding brightness to
15 - summon model as default variant
- apply variant B (notice brightness override applies as expected)
- apply default variant
- notice brightness is still overriden to max.
✅ Expected Behavior
default variant should apply NBT overrides not just once on-summon, but every time we apply the default variant

Variant NBT changes are assumed to be "irreversable" because you can have multiple variants applied at once, and it is not currently possible for AJ to track and undo overlapping NBT changes.
So in order for the default variant to "reset" things, you have to make sure it resets those values manually. Either by specifying a default value in the default variant, or by using the On-Apply function in the default variant to reset the NBT of the entity manually.
