🐛 Item model predicates file doesn't get generated when exporting on versions 1.21-1.21.2 #491

🗣️ Describe the bug
The item model predicates file doesn't get generated when exporting on versions 1.21-1.21.2
(assets\minecraft\models\item\white_dye.json)
⚠️ Error Message
🔄️ How to Reproduce
Export with the target version being 1.21-1.21.2
✅ Expected Behavior
It getting generated properly like when exporting with the target version being set to 1.20.4
💡 Solutions & Alternatives
Changing it to work like:
- In previous versions where this wasn't an issue (unsure when it started)
- When exporting with the target version being 1.20.4

In versions 1.21.2 and above the item predicate model is not required as they added the
item_modelitem component.However, It not exporting on 1.12.0 is not correct. I've just made a fix for it locally.

ah, i thought 1.21.4 added that, my bad. With that being the case though, it doesn't seem to be generating an item model definition file nor an item model predicate file
Edit: I've just gone and tested this in game and it works fine, i thought it needed an item model definition like in 1.21.4
