Environment variables

• GROW_LOG_LEVEL - specify log level (see log levels: https://deno.land/std@0.175.0/log/levels.ts?s=LogLevels)
• GROW_LOG_PRETTY - if "true" then logs will be pretty
• GROW_PORT - port for http

Browser client (/grow.js)

grow.plant(name) returns a proxy whose methods POST to /<plant>/<method>. grow.plant(name, options) accepts:

• keepalive - send the calls with fetch's keepalive flag, so a request started from pagehide/unload survives the page (e.g. releasing a server-side lock when the tab is closed). Browsers cap such bodies at 64 KB and the response is not delivered once the page is gone, so use it only for fire-and-forget calls.

• add timeout to calls
• count number of service crashes and don't restart after certain amount of crashes
• File class which would accept filePath (an url). This way we wouldn't have to move buffers between workers
• ability to send queued calls from client
