Subject: [PATCH] Fix full Marp deck layout and presenter identity

Preserve all 53 slides while fixing dense-slide spacing, bounding tall diagrams, and revealing the full observability artwork. Complete the canonical presenter identity and PDF metadata without changing talk content, demo code, notes, links, assets, or publishing workflows.
