docs: prune stale/superseded docs — keep only current versions

Removes the unpublished docs/ files that shadowed the canonical (published)
platform-docs/ tree or were self-labeled superseded, leaving a single current
source per topic:
- Stale duplicates of published pages: docs/{mcp,triggers,coder-multi-machine,
  skill-publishing}.md (platform-docs/ versions are the live ones served at /docs/).
- Superseded planning docs (self-labeled 'Historical — superseded'):
  docs/browser-capable-agent-runtime.md, docs/stop-point-2026-06-29.md,
  docs/platform-runtime-agent-plan.md, PLAN-agent-os.md, PLAN-console-react-rewrite.md.
- Repointed the surviving links (README.md, docs/architecture.md) to the canonical
  platform-docs/ versions so nothing dangles.

Kept: docs/architecture.md (richer internal deep-dive, no canonical equivalent) and
the forward-looking design/strategy docs (coder-cloud-vs-local-placement,
cloudflare-agent-stack-2026, agent-platform-strategy) — those are future planning,
not stale-vs-code.
