Subject: [PATCH] update OmnipodKit: various fixes; * give up promptly when
 cannot reach pod during Deactivate; * fix issue only revealed in Trio, enable
 clean deletion of pump manager when Eros Pod type is selected; * fix case
 where alert acknowledgement is missed;
