Subject: [PATCH] rpc-cost opens on one slider and an archive checkbox

Four rows of selectors (cohort, plan band, volume, workload) over a
three-volume ledger made the reader assemble the answer. The page now
opens on the calculator: slide to a monthly volume, tick archive if the
calls read old state, and it names the cheapest plan that serves it,
metered or flat rate, then ranks the rest.

The archive curve is a new curve-only profile (the dapp mix with every
call billed as archive): no gauge, no tab. The curve file now carries
the catalogue's plan names, and the catalogue's as_of moves to the
Dwellir edit.
